COVID-19 has irrevocably changed the way each and every business functions. Office space has grown empty and lonely, and we as architects are working hard to design safe spaces and procedures to bring our client’s employees back to the office. Recently, Andrew McKinley, AIA, LEED AP, virtually presented at a Downtown Norfolk Council Member Briefing discussing safety, protocols, and basic necessities for businesses to implement if they plan to return to the workplace.
