Sustainably Planned, Designed, and Built

From the interview to final construction we focused on bringing the City of Virginia Beach a sustainable, efficient, and highly versatile new Parks + Recreation Administration Building. Through collaborating in site design, building design, and utility design we are proud to share that this project earned LEED Certification earlier this year. Why LEED? LEED certification means healthier, more productive places, reduced stress on the environment by encouraging energy and resource-efficient buildings, and savings from increased building value.
