We are excited to announce the City of Norfolk leaders’ broke ground on the Five Points Civic Plaza Park on Saturday, October 23rd. This unique project is going to be used as an entertainment venue for the community to socialize, network, and have FUN! The beautiful landscape promotes resilience against flooding and is the beginning of the Better Block Build Plan developed in 2015.
