The Children’s Center, a leading early learning facility serving children from infancy to five years old, was poised for exciting growth. Due to overwhelming demand and a commitment to providing exceptional care to a larger segment of the community, the Center is embarked on a significant expansion project supported by VIA design.

Building a Brighter Future:

This project actively addresses the current capacity limitations. VIA design  collaborated closely with the Center to design and construct a substantial addition to the existing facilities. This expansion encompasses:

• Enhanced Learning Environment: Five brand new classrooms, specifically designed to foster a stimulating and nurturing learning experience for young minds.
• Dedicated Staff Support: Four dedicated office spaces will provide a professional environment for educators and administrators.
• Upgraded Facilities: A modern kitchen equipped to prepare nutritious meals and support healthy eating habits. Staff restrooms, an IT room, and dedicated mechanical and housekeeping spaces will ensure efficient operations and a well-maintained environment.
• Increased Classroom Capacity: An additional classroom will be strategically placed, replacing the existing kitchen, bringing the total number of new classrooms to six.

Beyond the Walls:

The project extends beyond the physical structure, encompassing a thoughtful site design.

• Improved Accessibility: A designated area for ample new parking will cater to staff, buses transporting children, and visiting families.
• Enriched Play Area: A brand new playground will be constructed, offering a dedicated space for outdoor play, exploration, and social interaction for the expanding student body.

Ensuring Long-Term Functionality:

Our team of expert consultants will oversee the critical task of relocating and upgrading existing site utilities. This ensures the seamless integration of the new facilities and paves the way for efficient and sustainable operations for years to come.
